The countdown is on and heavy for the release of JAY-Z’s thirteenth studio album, allegedly titled, 4:44. Giving us a slew of trailers for what many expect to be a visual album, along with posters popping up across the United States, we’re not surprised to encounter murmurings about an upcoming tour.
Being some years since the last time he took the stage across several dates, Page Six is reporting that the rapper will be touring, this Fall, in support of the 4:44 album.
Said a source: “There is a tour to follow. It was originally planned for summer but has been moved to fall because of the kids.”
This would make sense and also falls in line with the recent news of JAY-Z signing a new $200 million deal with Live Nation, that spans across the next 10 years. Landing a bunch of cash that will help bring this tour to life, this return for the American Gangster creator is shaping up to be the biggest moment that Hip Hop will see in 2017.
Always an exciting time whenever he’s involved, we’re getting our wallets ready now for the impending announcement and sharing of tour dates. Be sure not to miss out, once they’re made available.
