Quietly, Louisville’s own Jack Harlow has been making the rounds and killing a number of features. He moonwalked over the Trapboy3k’s production on “Paperwork Party” and he shined on “Industry Baby” with Lil’ Nas X. Now, he’s teaming up with one of the hottest artists in music at the moment, Pooh Shiesty.
Whenever two rising stars are put on the same song, high expectations immediately follow. Thankfully, Jack Harlow and Pooh Shiesty live up to the hype on “SUVs.”
“Don’t stop pushin’, used to catch Z’s on the couch cushion/Now I call the shots like I’m John Wooden/In the kitchen with my jewelry in the pot cookin’/Walkin’ through the mall, and they can’t stop lookin,” the Louisville native raps while shouting out the legendary UCLA coach.
“Tryna go back and rebuild the hood where I was starvin’ at/And it’s a fact/You f*ck with Harlow, I sent hollow bullets like a quarterback,” the Memphis native adds.
“SUVs” has the potential to be in rotation through the summer and early fall. Check out the Louisville-Memphis connection below.
