No, it’s not pumpkin spice. It’s Ice Spice.
On Monday, September, 10, the Bronx-bred rapper known to the world as Ice Spice teased yet another major collaboration. However, this release won’t involve Taylor Swift or Nicki Minaj. Rather, she’ll be working hand in hand with one of the biggest retail breakfast chains in the world — Dunkin’ Donuts. Returning to X, formerly known as Twitter, the chart-topping newcomer shared a photo of a munchkin with a silver and pink chain. Above the breakfast treat, Dunkin’ Donuts’ classic lettering paint the background and hint at a surprise on September 13.
“[A]merica runs on MUNCHKINS,” the caption reads.
Ice Spice is no stranger to the big stage. Throughout the last year, she’s shared the stage with Taylor Swift, joined Nicki Minaj on the Barbie soundtrack and received a co-sign from Drake. Moving forward, she appears poised to join the likes of Latto, Travis Scott and others who have landed signature meals at major retail chains like McDonald’s, Wingstop and Dunkin’ Donuts.
