O’shea Jackson aka Ice Cube has a lot to celebrate for right now. His third installment to his movie franchise, Barbershop just released this past weekend and N.W.A. was recently inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. I would want to party too if I just accomplished such goals like he did. So party is what Cube proceeded to do, well actually perform in front of thousands at 2016 Coachella. With Ice Cube having a set, it was inevitable that it would be a star studded event. Hitting the stage with him to put on a helluva of show was none other than his N.W.A. comrades MC Ren and DJ Yella (Dr. Dre, nor the rumored Eazy-E hologram were in attendance). Cube, Ren and Yella got things going with their ‘Fuck The Police’ track and ‘Straight Outta Compton’. That wasn’t all fans were treated to as Uncle Snoop Dogg and Common came on stage to fill the void that was left due to no Dre and of course Eazy. Snoop did his thing as he performed ‘Go To Church’ and as for Common he linked up with Ice Cube to perform ‘Real People’ off ‘Barbershop: The Next Cut’ soundtrack.
