It’s hard to follow a DJ Khaled album when it comes to collaborations. Last week, the Miami DJ and producer dropped off his latest project, Father of Asahd. The project includes features from Chris Brown, Big Sean, Lil’ Wayne, Meek Mill, Lil’ Baby and many more. In a week’s time, the project is expected to land at the number two spot on the Billboard 200 Charts after moving upwards of 100,000 units. This week, Flying Lotus is coming in with a brand new project and a ton of features from your favorite artists.
Flying Lotus has dropped his sixth studio album, Flamagra. The new project includes collaborations with Anderson .Paak, George Clinton, Little Dragon, Tierra Whack, Denzel Curry, Thundercat, Solange and many more. Flamagra includes the previously released singles, “Black Balloons Reprise” and “Fire Is Coming.” Flying Lotus put together this latest album through a five year process that was inspired by the vision of a “eternal flame sitting on a hill.” After a long, artistic journey, Flying Lotus’ latest work is here.
