The trailer that fans of ‘Finding Nemo’ have been waiting for has officially arrived. ‘Finding Dory’ starring Ellen DeGeneres as everyone’s hilarious, forgetful surgeon fish, in the first trailer we see our star, sleep swimming as she lives among Nemo and the rest of the clown fish.
‘Finding Dory’ is expected to pick up literally right after (6 months) where its predecessor left off. Now with the trailer we see something with Dory that never happens, she remembers something or does she? Well, while on a class trip with Nemo to see a family of Manta Ray embark on a migration back home, it triggers a part of Dory’s brain that makes her grow homesick.
So finding out where she comes from and locating her family is the journey we will follow Dory on. Speaking of family, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy will play the voices of Dory’s parents. According to Pixar president Jim Morris,
“The movie will be mostly set at the California Marine Biology Institute, a huge complex of sea life rehabilitation and aquarium, where Dory was born and raised,”
Expect for new characters to get introduced into the film as well as old with the cast featuring the likes of Albert Brooks, Willem Dafoe, Dominic West, Ty Burrell, Ed O’Neill, Idris Elba. Finding Dory will be swimming into theaters this June 17, 2016
