Dwayne Johnson Rumored For Universals The Wolfman
The busiest man in Hollywood is potentially about to get even busier. If a rumor that originated from The Hollywood Reporter is to be believed, Dwayne Johnson is Universals top choice to play The Wolfman in their upcoming Dark Universe film “The Wolfman”. The Dark Universe franchise will consist of Universals classic movie monsters coming together in a Marvel Cinematic Universe type of environment. The first film in the franchise is set to debut this summer with the Tom Cruise led “The Mummy”. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is no stranger to blockbusters, as well as monster films. His debut as an actor came in 2001 when he portrayed The Scorpion King in “The Mummy Returns”. With his star at an all-time high, it would be extremely exciting to see The Rock return to his roots.
Dwayne Johnson can currently be seen in Baywatch and has 25 new films in development.
