What would you do if you needed $10,000 to keep your family together? Some may venture into illegal activities. Others may try to find a new job. Well, Jamie Foxx has turned to vampire hunting. Yes, you read that correctly. In the latest Netflix blockbuster, Day Shift, Foxx has turned to vampire hunting as a means of income and he’s enlisted Snoop Dogg and Dave Franco for help.
“Jamie Foxx stars as a hard working blue collar dad who just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income, hunting and killing vampires as part of an international Union of vampire hunters,” the trailer’s description reads.
Netflix has found success with recent Jamie Foxx projects. Most notably, he starred in Project Power alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Dominique Fishback. This time around, he’s teamed up with the creators of John Wick to continue his winning ways. Check out the Day Shift trailer below.
