Chance The Rapper hasn’t released an album in nearly three years, but he’s as relevant as ever. In his hometown of Chicago, the Grammy Award winner has been extremely active with a number of arts initiatives and the local mayoral race. On a national level, Chance The Rapper has been making noise with his new Doritos commercial and his upcoming Netflix series with T.I. and Cardi B. Most recently, he picked up a Grammy Award for his work on Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy.

Less than twenty-four hours after Chance The Rapper picked up a Grammy Award for his work on Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy, Chance The Rapper has let fans know that he has more music on the way. The Chicago native took to social media to let fans know that his next project will be released this July. Chance neglected to give a specific date, but a month is better than nothing. It’s also fairly unclear whether or not this project will be his joint project with Kanye or his own solo effort, but new Chance music is new Chance music.
