Is it weird to say, I don’t really know what the Kings are doing? They signed Rondo, while having Cousins, which just makes sure that drama will happen, and now they’ve added Caron Butler, when in terms of wing depth they’re pretty good. Despite that, the Kings are poised to be better this season. With DeMarcus, Rondo, and Gay being their ‘big-3’ their is no reason why a team like that shouldn’t make the Playoffs. Sadly, they’re in the Western Conference, and if they were in any other conference I would consider it as good as done, but the West is a different animal in itself. Butler’s shooting ability and veteran presence should help out the Kings who are desperate for a rejuvenation. In fact, almost every player their needs some sort of rejuvenation. Rondo, Cousins and Gay, all have faults, but if George Karl can somehow get them to work, they might not be bad.
