In last postseason, Bradley Beal averaged 23.4 points per game while leading the Wizards in scoring offense for the second straight postseason. The playoffs brought out the best in Beal, which is probably why he loves playing so much on the big stage in from of a national audience.
Following From Washington Post.
“It boosted it,” Beal said. “I love playing in the playoffs and whenever I get a chance to showcase myself and do what it takes to win, that’s what I’m going to do. Nothing like the playoffs, I’ve got to continue doing what I do.”
With a team like Washington on the rise, it is a guarantee there will be a lot more playoff opportunities in the future while the past two season have just been the beginning. There are going to be a lot more opportunities for Beal to perform in the postseason in the near future, but hopefully, those performances can start taking place past the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
This season has a lot of promise for a Wizards team that made a lot of upgrades in the offseason, meaning Beal will likely have another chance to show how much he loves the playoffs. If he can remain healthy for a large portion of the season, the shooting guard could be one of the most improved players in the league next season.
