Alongside her brother, Billie Eilish is set to write and record the title track for the upcoming James Bond film, No Time To Die. By doing so, she will become the youngest person to pen the title track for a James Bond film.
After the announcement was made, the singer stated, “It feels crazy to be a part of this in every way. To be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honour.”
She added, “James Bond is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.”
The news comes just days after the singer joined the 2020 Grammys lineup. She will perform alongside Ariana Grande, Lizzo and more in Los Angeles on January 26th.
As for the movie, No Time To Die will arrive in theaters on April 8th starring Daniel Craig. In the meantime, check out the film’s official trailer.
