A$AP Rocky is here and he’s ready to be heard. On Sunday night, A$AP Rocky took to Twitter to let his fans know that his newest album is done. While that bit of news would’ve been enough to make headlines, Rocky followed up his tweet with the reveal of the album’s title and cover. Rocky’s newest project will be called Testing and it comes equipped with a cover of multiple shots of A$AP Rocky looking down at the camera. To finish off his run of announcements, Rocky let fans know that his newest project will come equipped with features from Kid Cudi, Skepta and Moby.

The announcement of Rocky’s album comes on the heels of a slew of new music from the A$AP Mob frontman. This year, Rocky has “Five Stars” featuring D.R.A.M, “Above”, “A$AP Forever”, “Distorted Records” and “Herojuana Blunts”. The majority of Rocky’s has featured Rocky’s signature style, but it has shown Rocky trying a few different things. In an interview with GQ in October, Pretty Flacko said, “People are scared to test new sounds, so they go with what’s current ’cause it’s the easy thing to do. The top 100 songs sound a certain way. People cater more to that because it’s a bigger demographic behind that, or it’s a guaranteed demographic behind that. I prefer to experiment and have my crowd grow with me and to reach new crowds. I don’t just rap—I actually make music. That’s why it takes time.”
Rocky will continue to try to new sounds and style. Hopefully, we’ll receive the newest effort from A$AP in the near future.
