Andrew Yang has decided to end his campaign to become the 46th President of the United States of America. Yang made the decision to do so just moments after polls closed in the New Hampshire Democratic Primary Election.
“I am so proud of this campaign. Thank you to everyone who got us here,” Yang tweeted an hour before the announcement became public.

In response, Senator Bernie Sanders’ supporters replied, “We’re proud of everyone who got involved in the political process through your campaign.”
Throughout his campaign, Yang gained the support and respect of fellow candidates such as Bernie Sanders. In addition, he gained endorsements from the likes of Donald Glover and Dave Chappelle.
Prior to running for the highest office in the country, Yang founded a test prep company called Manhattan Prep. He also served as the CEO of Venture for America. Most recently, Forbes listed his net worth as high as $1 million.
Yang is also married with two children.
