The deal is at the veteran’s minimum, and is partially guaranteed, per ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne:
Bogut to Lakers on 1-yr veteran minimum deal. Lakers needed rim protection/passing & liked that he knows Walton's system. @ShamsCharania 1st

Bogut's deal with Lakers is partially guaranteed, but obviously they're planning on him being a big part of the team.

Per the CBA, that should put Bogut’s salary at $2,328,652.
According to TNT’s David Aldridge, the Minnesota Timberwolves, Boston Celtics and Cavs were also in the mix for Bogut.
Bogut started his career with in Milwaukee after being drafted first overall in 2005. He played with the Bucks for seven seasons, then played in Golden State for four seasons. Lakers Head Coach Luke Walton was an assistant with the Warriors during part of Bogut’s time there.
Bogut started 2016-17 with the Dallas Mavericks, until he was traded to the Philadelphia 76ers after 26 games. He was immediately bought out by Philly. He signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second half of the season, but played just one minute before fracturing his leg.
In L.A., Bogut projects to be the backup center behind Brook Lopez.
