The Golden State Warriors weakest area on the basketball court is currently in the big man department. Kevin Durant has added shot blocking extraordinaire to his already robust arsenal of skills but it will be interesting what happens come playoff time. Will Durant want to hang down low? His slim frame would suggest no. The best big man the Warriors currently have on their team is Javale McGee, who the NBA community is apparently not allowed to make fun of any longer so maybe that is enough.
Ironically, the Warriors traded away the player that they need most at the moment. Andrew Bogut appears to be heading for a buyout and if that occurs the Warriors would be allowed to re-sign him according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
NBA’s reacquisition rule doesn’t apply to GSW, because Dallas becomes most recent to waive Bogut. G-State undecided on its Bogut interest.

This would “patch up” the sole weakness for the Warriors leading to a team even greater than the one we are currently seeing, which already makes opposing teams look like JV squads. To the happiness of most casual NBA fans, Andrew Bogut to the Warriors is unlikely to happen but is still terrifying to consider.
The likelihood remains Golden State will target guards in the buyout market OR ride with Briante Weber as his second 10-day nears completion
