Yes, Desiigner is only twenty-one years old. In internet years, he’s about thirty years old, but in real life he just became old enough to order a drink. The New York native decided to celebrate his birthday with the release of some new music. The G.O.O.D Music artist has just released a surprise EP called, LOD.

LOD was rumored to be released in July, but has been delayed for some time now. The seven-track runs for twenty-five minutes and includes no features. The LOD EP is the rapper’s first lengthy project since his debut album, New English, back in 2016. Since then, the “Panda” rapper has released records like “Timmy Turner”, “Outlet” and been featured on records with Don Q. However, his music has yet to come close to the success of “Panda” and “Father Stretch My Hands Part I”.
The G.O.O.D Music signee has remained relatively quiet about the recent antics of his G.O.O.D Music frontman, Kanye West. The rapper’s G.O.O.D Music family member has been in the headlines lately for his comments about slavery in which he said, “When you hear about slavery for 400 years … for 400 years? That sounds like a choice.” Over the past week, G.O.O.D Music affiliates and signees like Chance and CyHi The Prynce have tried unsuccessfully to come to the Ye’s aid.
