The Do-Over, Adam Sandler’s new Netflix Original film, starring David Spade looks to explore the thought of what would life be like if you could change some things. Sandler and Spade star in this dramatic-comedy as two men who fake their own deaths, one willingly and the other not so much. Charlie (Spade) is a middle-aged husband and father, who manages a bank based out of the local grocery store and drives a car not worthy of flashing. Max Kessler (Sandler) re-enters the life of Charlie after a family reunion and Charlie’s life goes to utter hell. Max slips Charlie a few roofies, lands him in a few threesomes, blows up the boat they took a trip on, faked their death’s and now they are being hunted by those who identities they have taken in their “new life”. The comedy quickly takes a turn and turns into an action film.
The Do-Over will serve as Sandler’s third exclusive to Netflix movie as apart of his deal with Netflix. The film will be available for streaming on May 29. Watch the red band trailer below.
