The biggest night in Hollywood is still a few weeks away, but one of the most important nights in British film is about to kick off. Hosted by David Tennant, the 2025 EE BAFTA Film Awards brings together stars from around the world to bestow coveted hardware upon the greatest directors, writers, actors, editors and creatives who have poured their time, effort and passion in many of the best films of the past year.
“It’s a true honour to bring together the international film community in London for this year’s EE BAFTA Film Awards and shine a spotlight on?the incredible work that’s gone into creating each and every film nominated,” Emma Baehr, Executive Director of Awards and Content, said. The night is sure to be memorable, with David Tennant returning as host, bringing his affable wit and charm to the evening, alongside performances from Take That and Jeff Goldblum.”
Before the night begins, take a look at this year’s slate of nominees from in front of and behind the camera.
