If you were looking for that yearly motivational anthem like Drake gave us with ‘Summer Sixteen,’ then Rick Ross has got you covered with his latest track ‘Summer 17.’
Over the Beat Billionaire produced record, the MMG bawse is here to remind us that 2017 is our year as he proclaims at the top of the track, “2017, trust me boy this one is it.” With money as his motivation, Rozay doesn’t plan on leaving his boys behind as he spits “I want my n***as rich by summer 17.”
The record comes in preparation of Rozay’s forthcoming album ‘Rather You Than Me’ which will be his official debut under Epic Records. With over ten years in the game, the Miami mogul recently penned an open letter not only declaring the significance of the album but gratitude for all his day one supporters.
This album is more than just another project for me. It’s a product of strength, perseverance and determination. Rather You Than Me is a testimony. My testimony, and if you a real n***a, no matter where you from, you can relate to this.
Be on the look out for Rozay’s next project, but in the meantime listen to his new track below.
