The music industry was at a standstill as the God MC aka Shawn Carter aka JAY-Z released his 13th studio album, “4:44“. Throughout said album the relationship between Hov and his longtime friend Kanye West was questioned due to some very noticeable lyrics addressing a lot of Mr. West’s actions and words. This all stems from a rant that Ye had in reference to JAY not calling him to check up on Kim K after her alleged robbery.

Since then things continued to be sour between the two. On the record “Kill JAY-Z”, Hov was heard loud and clear on who he was talking to. Well while we all are running with the narrative that “The Throne” is no more, it appears 2 Chainz has other things to say about that.

In a recent interview with DJ Drama, Tity Boi took the time out to talk on music, family, Kanye West being  back to making his own beats again but more importantly he relayed a message. That message being that Kanye West said him and Hov are still brothers. This should bring a breath of fresh air to those who are fans or both. But then this has to make you wonder why the immediate departure from Tidal over a few million dollars? Regardless of such check out the interview below that took place on DJ Drama’s “Streetz Is Watchin” show.
