By now we all should be aware of the situation involving Tax Stone. If you don’t know who Tax is, fire up your podcast app and search “Tax Season”. Be Safe Tho, beloved.
Tax is responsible, whether you want to admit it or not, for introducing many of us to the likes of Manolo Rose (Run Ricky Run), Bobby Shmurda (Hot Nigga), and others. More specifically and recently he put the masses onto Brooklyn’s own Casanova. Casanova 2x is known for his brass & aggressive delivery of his lyrics. For what it’s worth Casanova can rap & that’s as simple as I can put it for you.
Casanova recently made headlines for his street banger “Don’t Run” and “Don’t Run Remix“. The latter features assistance from NYC’s own, Young M.A., Fabolous, Dave East and Don Q. Landing himself a deal with Memphis Bleek’s “Warehouse Music Group”, a subsidiary of Roc Nation, all signs point up for Casanova.
Well, the arresting of Tax Stone has definitely left an empty space in his life considering Tax has been there the whole way for him. Looking to keep Tax name in the ears of listeners, Casanova pays homage to him with his “Tax Letter”. Serving as a release from his forthcoming project, “Be Safe Tho” (dedicated to Tax Stone, obviously), there is an accompanying official music video.
