This Friday, there is more music being released than you can imagine. Big acts like DJ Khaled are dropping albums and videos with major artists. Legendary acts like Wu-Tang Clan are also coming through with projects. Not to mention, rising acts like Calboy are also dropping new music. With all of that going on, Memphis rapper Young Dolph is still finding ways to stand out. After dealing with some ongoing label issues, Young Dolph has dropped a new video for his single, “Crashin’ Out.”
Throughout his new single, Young Dolph dives into some of hte ups and downs of dealing with the music industry. Young Dolph raps, “This rap game ain’t sh*t to me but some cartwheels/90 percent of these n*ggas not real/Started rapping, found out these rappers jewelry not real.” Later, the Memphis musician seems to address being shot at an estimated 100 times last year in Los Angeles. He raps, “When I get shot, was the first time I ain’t have my Glock with me.” Fellow Memphis native, Blac Youngsta, recently announced that all charges against him regarding the shooting had been dropped. Still, it appears that Dolph has issues with Yo Gotti, Blac Youngsta and company. Hopefully, everything will remain peaceful and we’ll continue to get new music from the Memphis native.
