A source close to YK Osiris tells Def Pen the R&B singer will be bonded out today. The source continued to provide more information providing a different point of view regarding the alleged domestic violence incident.
A warrant application obtained by Def Pen was filed in Fulton County on September 19, 2019, by the accuser for YK Osiris’ arrest. In Fulton County, someone who believes they have been a victim of a crime, where the police have not taken an arrest warrant for the accused, may file a complaint requesting a warrant for the arrest of another person.
There is a $20 charge per respondent except in acts of domestic violence or sex crimes, where the fee is waived.
In an official written statement obtained by Def Pen, YK Osiris’ security guard present during the September 7 occurrence shares what he allegedly witnessed during the birthday event. He details seeing the accuser lash out at YK Osiris in an act of rage. He alleges that the accuser repeatedly punched YK Osiris who then grabbed her arms to prevent further hits before the two were separated.
Our source fears that ulterior motives may drive this case.
