A second person of interest has been named by the Broward County Sheriff’s Department in their investigation of the murder of Jahseh “XXXTentacion” Onfroy. According to a report from TMZ, authorities have identified Robert Allen as the second suspect in connection to Onfroy’s death. Allen was reportedly seen on surveillance footage at Riva Motorsports shortly before Onfroy’s murder. However, TMZ has yet to identify why Allen is a person of interest in the investigation.
This development comes just a week after XXXTentacion was murdered at Riva Motorsports in South Florida. XXXTentacion was leaving the dealership when he is believed to be held at gunpoint, robbed and then shot at point, blank range. Dedrick Williams was arrested shortly after as the lead person of interest in the murder investigation. Williams is being held without bail on charges of first degree murder, operating a vehicle without a license and various probation violations.
On a brighter note, friends and colleagues of XXXTentacion came together on his behalf to serve 1,000 free lunches to local Liberty City residents. Today, a memorial service is being held for Onfroy at the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Florida. Open to the public, the memorial service will have an open casket and act as the final opportunity for fans to pay their respect to the fallen rapper.
