Amid rumors that Paul Pierce may opt-out of the final year of his deal with the Wizards, fans are still hoping a return to DC is possible. The Truth meant a lot to the Wizards last season, his actions and quotes would make any team want to retain the veteran.
When asked why they would want Paul Pierce back in Washington, many referred to his skills and such, but the favorite response has to be because he called game. Who wouldn’t want a player as clutch as Pierce on their team?

No matter what, every Wizards fan has their own reason for wanting Pierce back in the nation’s capital. A decision will not be rushed, but it will still be highly anticipated by both Wizards fans and other fans around the league. Pierce would make any team a contender.
