Pop legend, Whitney Houston may be gone, but she is not forgotten. In addition to her final film, Sparkle, hitting theater this Friday (August 17), The GRAMMY Musuem has opened up a new exhibit called Whitney! Celebrating the Musical Legacy of Whitney Houston.
The exhibit opened earlier today (August 15) and features some of Houston’s most personal artifacts and memorabilia including her iconic gowns, her Bible, scrapbooks, clippings, High School diploma, ticket stubs, concert posters, tour books and more. The display will run until February and tickets can be purchased here.
Houston amassed six Grammy Awards throughout her 30 year career and sold over 180 million albums + singles.
The GRAMMY Museum’s executive director, Bob Santelli, stopped by Access Hollywood to give a glimpse of the display and what to expect.
