Another wingman has rejected an offer from the Sacramento Kings. Earlier in the day it was Monta Ellis rejecting the Kings in favor of the Indiana Pacers. Now, free agent wing Wesley Matthews has rejected a Kings offer with some big money attached to it.
Matthews will leave the Blazers and join the Dallas Mavericks. Dollar amount is unclear right now as the Mavs are still figuring out what they are doing with LaMarcus Aldridge and DeAndre Jordan.

hopefully for Mavs fans, Matthews won’t be the only big name heading to Dallas. They have their hearts set on DeAndre Jordan and Matthews joining the Mavericks is a good sign. The two have discussed playing together and this step is going in the right direction for Dallas.
