Yes, Liu Kang and Kung Lao are back! Earlier in the week when Tanya’s part of the Kombat Pack was detailed, we found out Lui Kang would be returning to the series as a playable character and now we have our first glimpse of him. Both Liu Kang and Kung Lao have been risen from the dead by Shinnok, a former Elder God. From the brief look inside the story, Liu is pissed with Raiden and we see a new fatality in the process.
Mortal Kombat X will be releasing on PC, Playstation 4 and Xbox One April 14th. You can pre-order to have Goro as a playable character and the Kombat Pack which contains: Jason, Predator, Tanya, Tremor and more. The Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of MKX have been pushed back and will release at a later date.
