Imagine walking into your local barbershop and seeing LeBron James smoking a cigar, Charles Oakley and Draymond Green getting haircuts, 2 Chainz sitting with his dog ‘Trappy’ and Steve Stoute sipping on a glass of wine while sitting next to Rich Paul. Yes, that’s the situation a barbershop in New Orleans was presented with during 2017 NBA All-Star Weekend.
In the premiere episode of a new ESPN series called ‘The Shop’ all of these stars sat around and just chopped it up. They were also joined by Paul Rivera, Randy Mims, Jesse Williams and Maverick Carter. The meeting of the minds was fantastic. The episode lasts about 30 minutes and they touched on a multitude of topics.
Draymond Green and LeBron James revealed some NBA players don’t even know how to play basketball and they also looked back game 7 of the 2016 NBA Finals. Entrepreneurs Maverick Carter and Steve Stout were leading the conversation for the most part about basketball, football, the music business and so much more. They even went into some ideals of being businessmen and important figures in their walk of life.
LeBron James even revealed some details about his return to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the drama surrounding it with his family. Watch the video below, courtesy of ESPN. produced by Uninterrupted.
