One thing Vince Carter has always been able to give the fans is a performance where on any given night, he may throw down a monster dunk. As the Memphis Grizzlies look to close out the Portland Trail Blazers, Vince Carter threw down this monster dunk over LaMarcus Aldridge. The man is still able to find ways to make plays and compete in games, and does not seem to be ready to retire just yet.
At 38 years old, Carter can still dunk like he is still competing for another Slam Dunk championship just like he did during his only slam dunk championship in 2000. As the name changes from Sprite Slam Dunk, maybe Carter could show the young one’s how it’s done in the first ever dunk contest sponsored by Pepsi. Although it likely will not happen, fans can hope for a return on Carter to the dunk contest all they want.
