Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals on Thursday night was one for the ages. MVP and MVP runner-up Stephen Curry and James Harden went back and forth all night, trading bucket for bucket. Check out their incredible battle in the video above.
Harden and Curry both had splendid games, with Harden going for a near triple double(38 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists), and Curry scoring 33 points to go along with 6 dimes. Both shot exactly the same from the field: An efficient 13-21.
Both players played excellent games. Harden came out on top statistically, but in the end Curry’s Warriors got the win, as Harden turned the ball over at the end after (for some reason) hesitating to pull the trigger on his nearly unstoppable step back jumper.
This video should remind fans that Harden had a phenomenal game, and all should remember that, not just his costly turnover as time expired.
The Warriors lead the series 2-0. Game 3 will be on Saturday, May 23 at 9:00 ET. It can be viewed on ESPN.
