By no means are any NBA players going to be excited about losing. By no means should you expect a man who is in his 9th year in the NBA to be excited about losing. By no means should you expect a man who has only had 2 different trips to the Playoffs totaling only 20 games behappy about losing. And by no means should you judge a guy who just is always a standup player and one of the NBA’s good guys for simply expressing his frustrations.
Orlando Magic forward/center Channing Frye, who may have been upset with a mispronunciation of his name, recently took to an interview to express his anguish about losing more games.
“We’re getting close to winning, but that’s still F______ng losing.”
Much love to Channing Frye and his game. He’s developed immensely from his days of being drafted by the New York Knicks in 2005 to his seemingly career changing stint with the Phoenix Suns but he had to have known this was going to happen in Orlando. I sincerely hope he didn’t think it would be a banner year for the Magic with all the young and unproven talent they have.
