John Wall is back, and has not lost any speed after his three game absence due to fractures in his wrist. In Game 5, Wall was a huge contributor in scoring, passing, and defensive areas of the game. Most importantly, Wall was able to speed the Hawks up and get them playing the Wizards style rather than their own, which was almost enough to steal Washington a win on the road.
Early in the game, Wall did this quick in-and-out dribble move, which sent Jeff Teague flying the other way, which created an open lane to the rim. Kyle Korver was at the rim ready to attempt to block the shot, but there was no chance for him to stop John Wall going at full speed. Easy layups like this will continue to come as long as the Wizards continue to attack the rim to try to find the best possible opportunities for shots.
