Reebok dropped Rick Ross for his date rape lyrics and now the family of Emmett Till wants Mountain Dew to take a similar action with Lil Wayne.
Lil Wayne ignorantly referenced Emmett Till in a line on the remix of Future’s “Karate Chop” (which was eventually replaced). Weezy never issued an apology and now the Till family is hoping that Mountain Dew will cancel their endorsement with the rapper.
