Shane Rossi has made a name for himself in the BX borough by placing “Big Pun Place” on 163rd St. & Rogers Place.
Rossi had this to say to ANIMAL:

“Bronx Community Board 2 keeps rejecting petitions that his sister is trying to organize because they say his music was violent and he didn’t have a positive effect on the community.”
How did Rossi make the sign look so official? He had New York City Department of Transportation make it for him. How much did the sign cost you ask? A mere $35.
