Jackson State cornerback Travis Hunter has made it official, announcing he will transfer to the Colorado Buffaloes. It was suspected that he would follow Head Coach Deion Sanders to the program, but other programs were interested in the former five-star recruit. Hunter is a top prospect and not be eligible for the NFL until the 2025 NFL Draft. He is not the first player from Jackson State to follow Sanders to Colorado and will likely not be the last to make that move. He will be immediately eligible to play for the program next season.
