Tallahassee authorities have arrested Aaron Glee Jr. in connection with the deaths of Oluwatoyin Salau and Victoria Sims. The two women were found dead in the vicinity of Glee’s home following protests over the weekend.
Salau, 19, and Sims, 75, met each other during recent protests in Florida. Sims was known for her volunteer work and involvement in local Democratic politics. Salau has emerged in recent weeks as a powerful voice in the Tallahassee area in the wake of Tony McDade’s death at the hands of police just a few weeks ago.
