Since its initial announcement to the world, which was backed by many music industry heavy-hitters, TIDAL has put an emphasis on highlighting and supporting emerging talent. Remaining consistent with that, they’ve raised the bar even higher with the launch of their new program, TIDAL Unplugged.
Reportedly funded by Mark Lampert and Robert Nelsen, the TIDAL Unplugged program will initially be available to Detroit locals. Coming with many benefits, the selected individual or individuals will have access to a creative budget, industry mentoring, TIDAL promotion, a monthly stipend and more.
In what would only be a major win for any new artist, Detroit locals can start applying on March 1. Not reducing this to a specific genre, the talent will speak for itself. For more information, you can head over to TIDAL for all the details, here.
