Remember that Playstation 4 firmware 2.0 announcement at GamesCom? Yeah? Well looks like the theme support that was detailed in it is still coming. We get our first brief look at how the themes will work. As you can see, the home screen will not be receiving any changes to support themes as some previously speculated that would be needed.
Also with PS Vita’s next update, v.3.30, it’ll also receive the theme support and also get the “Live From Playstation” app. Live From Playstation which is already available on the PS4, let’s you see what you’re friends are doing with their free time and if they’re broadcasting the game they may be playing at the time, you can tune in.
There’s still no word on when these updates will be hitting our Playstation’s, but you can stick with us for any updates.
