Tristan Thompson The New Age Worm?

Tristan Thompson drafted 4th overall in 2011 which surprised everyone. He was labeled as a “hustle guy” with the ceiling of Tyrus Thomas, and he’s proven all the doubters wrong.
Thompson has played in all 82 games the past three seasons, and has enjoyed post-season success for the first time in his career.
Thompson is the “hustle guy” the draft experts predicted and so much more.
He’s provided a spark into the starting lineup once Kevin Love went down and he has a defensive rating of 103.
Nearly averaging a double-double in the post-season with 9 points and 9 rebounds he’s giving us flashbacks of Dennis Rodman which he set out to do before the playoffs started.
What Does A Win Or Loss Do To LeBron James’ Legacy?

Everyone is talking about LeBron’s legacy and how this NBA championship would seal his legacy, and be bigger than any NBA championship that he’s competed in or won.
This is bigger than the Spurs series back in 2007 everyone knew the Spurs were simply going to manhandle the Cavs based on the three hall of famers on the roster, and Cleveland not having the star power to match with just a inexperienced LeBron James.
With the championship starved city LeBron James returned last summer to finish what he started here and bring a title to Cleveland.
A feat that would not only seal his legacy, but would make him a legend the city of Cleveland has never seen.
LeBron James is no doubt a hall of famer, but he could add the story of a lifetime to his legacy bringing a championship (and possibly more than one) to his hometown of NorthEast Ohio.
How Can The Cavaliers Stop Golden State?
The Warriors truly are one of the more exciting teams to watch, they can hurt you from beyond the arc or inside the paint.
They are an offensive juggernaut, but they also play physical defense with players like Draymond Green and Andrew Bogut setting the tone for the team.
Cleveland will certainly rely on Timofey Mozgov in the paint, and possibly Kendrick Perkins who brings championship and post-season experience.
The one thing I’d like to see Cleveland do is establish LeBron James’ post presence. It opens things up for the team and gives open looks to Irving, Shumpert, and J.R. Smith who is shooting 39% from beyond the arc in the post-season.
The Cavs cannot get into a shootout with the Warriors because they have the two best shooters in the game in Curry and Thompson, but if they can establish the inside game that’ll open things up for the Cavs.
It’s a shame the Cavaliers are without Love who could be that guy while James is sitting out to help establish the post game (even though Love was hardly utilized there while healthy).
The Cavs role players in Smith and Iman Shumpert seem focused and ready to go for their first ever NBA finals and they’ll need to come up big if the Cavaliers want a shot to win.
