Paul Pierce has given the NBA a lot to remember, one of the greatest playoff comebacks, creating the big 3 (Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett), stabbing incidents, making two NBA finals appearances with the Boston Celtics and finally one memorable NBA championship against the Los Angeles Lakers in 2008. The Truth has given back so much to the game of basketball that you just HAVE to respect him and what he’s done.
Paul Pierce turned 37 today, and now plays with the Washington Wizards, after spending a season with the Brooklyn Nets. With 16 years in the NBA Paul has enough accolades to become a Hall of Famer and rightfully so. A 10 time all-star(2002-2012), an NBA finals MVP (2008), an NBA championship(2008), NBA all rookie team (1999), 3 all- NBA 3rd team (2002,2003,2008), one all- NBA 2nd team(2009) and winning a 3 point shoot out in 2010. In his career he averaged 21.8 points, 1.4 steals, 6 rebounds, shooting 45% from the field. He is the truth.
You can love him, you can hate him… BUT YOU GOTTA RESPECT HIM.
To commemorate Paul Pierce and all he’s done, here is a tribute created by K8N productions:
Paul Pierce isn’t even thinking about age, or his career he’s thinking about how him and the Washington Wizards are going to try to be the best team in the East. The Truth at his best.
