What’s next on director Brad Bird’s plate? ‘The Incredibles 2’!
In an interview with Collider, Bird will turn his attention to the sequel after his current project ‘Tomorrowland’ has wrapped.
“There are new ideas I have, and I think there are enough of those together to make an interesting movie,” said Bird. “I’m just focusing on getting Tomorrowland out into the world and playing with the Incredibles sandbox again.”
The director has teased work on the script in the past.
‘The Incredibles’ was a massive hit when it hit theaters back in 2004. The animated adventure pulled in $632 million worldwide and was the fifth highest grossing film of the year.
