Fans of The Good Fight rejoice! If you’re somehow a fan of the show but also refuse to pay for CBS All-Access then the day you’ve been waiting for has finally come. An edited version of the first season of The Good Fight is set to air this summer on CBS. The network is reportedly looking to drum up interest in the series with an eye towards making an awards run next year.
The critically acclaimed first season will begin airing on Sunday, June 16th. For the first two weeks, the show will double up episodes, airing 1 and 2, then 3 and 4 on the same night at 9 PM ET. After that, the remaining 6 episodes of the season will air one at a time on Sundays at 10 PM ET. Until now, The Good Fight has been a CBS All-Access exclusive, causing many people to be completely unaware of its existence.
Recently though, as The Twilight Zone dropped on All-Access, CBS has been putting more resources towards their streaming platform. Airing The Good Fight on CBS proper doesn’t seem to mean the network plans on moving either series though as both were recently renewed for new seasons.
The Good Fight season 1 premieres June 16th on CBS. The series is also available to stream in its entirety on CBS All-Access.
