Tatsayu Kitabayashi and Yoshiaki Hirabyashi, Resident Evil producers announce that ‘Resident Evil 1’ will be getting remastered for current gen, last gen consoles and PC. This remastered Resident Evil is based off the 2002 Gamecube REmake and is scheduled to release early 2015 as a digital release only.
You’ll be able to play in the original format of 4:3 ratio or 16:9 widescreen ratio. Also, for Ps4, Xbox One and PC R.E will have a 1080p resolution while Ps3 and Xbox 360 will have 720p. There’s also a new dynamic camera option opposed to the old fixed angles, which is a wonderful update.
