Brooklyn Nets have bet the house as of late, sacrificing future talent for the hopes of proven veterans. The list goes on and on as you already know the familiar subjects. Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Joe Johnson, Gerald Wallace are the main culprits of this Nets remake they tried and have failed at executing.
While the ownership finally figures out what they want to do with the team, the players are still working harder than ever before and they are working towards one goal. The Playoffs.
Even the newest member of the team, Thaddeus Young, sees only one goal in sight.

The problem is, the clock is ticking and it’s ticking pretty fast. With under 20 games remaining in the NBA regular season and teams ahead of them like the Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat, Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets all performing well recently, for the most part, and fighting for the final 2 spots in the east, it’s very unlikely Brooklyn just sneaks in.
