The Atlanta Hawks Thabo Sefolosha recently announced that he will miss the rest of the season with an injured leg which was caused by his arrest in New York, after “obstructing justice” on Chris Copeland’s stabbing crime scene.
He has officially released a statement regarding what happened and how he feels about the entire situation:

Essentially, Thabo Sefolosha is about to sue the NYPD, and he definitely has a right to do so. If you have seen the TMZ video of his arrest, you can tell that the police may have intentionally tried to hurt him. We wish Thabo a speedy recovery and all the best.
