A man that prides himself on being the center of attention, this time around may not be what he wanted. Having his fair share of legal trouble, 6ix9ine is facing his biggest mountain yet as it was reported earlier today that the New York rapper was arrested.
While initial details were a bit scare, it was reported that the rapper would be facing racketeering and firearm charges. Having his arraignment in the second half of the day (11/19), things aren’t looking good as the “FEFE” hit-maker faces two charges that can carry up to a life sentence. Other charges, which are 8 in total, consist of “using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to, or possessing a firearm in furtherance of, a crime of violence, which was discharged,” “violent crime in aid of racketeering (April 21, 2018)” and more, as listed on official documents.
Not the sole person behind the incidents, former members of his team and associates, like his former business associate Shottie, also face a string of charges that come equipped with hefty sentences
Only the tip of a huge iceberg, 6ix9ine was denied bail but is looking to file an appeal at a later date, according to TMZ. The rapper’s run-in with the law comes before the release of his debut album, DUMMY BOY, on November 23.
