Tank and J. Valentine are the latest additions to Charlamagne Tha God’s Black Effect Podcast Network at iHeartRadio. Together, the duo plans to host a new podcast called R&B Money. With Jamie Foxx as the first guest, the podcast will celebrate the world of R&B and the wild industry that makes it go.
“This podcast is for the super dedicated R&B fans, highlighting everything from Marvin Gaye to Pink Sweat$. R&B Money has produced an exciting space for artists & executives in the game to reminisce with exceptionally compelling storytelling while building a place of discovery for the fans,” the show’s description reads.
R&B Money could not be led by more experienced hosts. Tank is a multi-Grammy nominated platinum-selling R&B singer-songwriter and record producer who has worked with Aaliyah, Beyoncé, Jamie Foxx, Alicia Keys and many others. J. Valentine’s resumé is equally as impressive. Over the years, he’s written songs with Tyrese, Mario, Keyshia Cole, Omarion and N’Sync. Not to mention, he’s also done consulting work with Interscope Records and Motown Records.
