It’s that time of year again when countless tours, festivals and concerts are announced that send music lovers into a frenzy. In true fan fashion, money and plans have already been set aside and made to ensure that this year’s festivities will not be missed. Next up among the list of music-related events taking place this year is none other than Hot 97’s “Summer Jam” concert that will be held on Sunday, June 5th, at MetLife Stadium. With this year’s Festival stage previously announced and including the likes of Chance The rapper, Tory Lanez, Desiigner, and many others, the folks at Hot 97 have now announced the acts that will storm the stadium stage. Shared moments ago, Big Sean, Young Thug, Tinashe, Pusha T, A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg, Bryson Tiller, and Kid Ink will be leading the way for this year’s event. Being the first appearance for some and an additional occurrence for others, the lineup finds itself being very solid and includes just about everything for fans of Hip-Hop and R&B music. Being evident year after year, it would come as no surprise if additional appearances and performances from some of Hip-Hop and R&B’s finest made their way to the Summer Jam stadium stage. One thing that’s for certain, many fans from all over will tuned in. Tickets for the event officially go on sale to the general public on April 9 at 12 PM EST.
UPDATE: The Summer Stage for Hot 97’s Summer Jam 2016 has added Future and a Terror Squad reunion. By the looks of how the lineup is ordered, Future is headlining this year.
